Our Pure Orange Extract, Natural has a fresh, juicy orange profile that is generally preferred by most bakers. We use only the finest Valencia orange oil from California to make this extract. One teaspoon is sufficient for your typical cake or cookie recipe. For a commercial baking application, we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% to 0.40% by weight and adjust for desired impact and flavor.
