The wide pedestal base makes it easier for handling and transporting your cake and also doubles as a cake stand. These PROSERIES pans can be used for any cake batter, but are ideal for cheesecake, upside-down cakes, and streusel-topped cakes. Heats faster and cools quicker preventing overbaking. Anodized Aluminum Bakeware Use: Due to the efficiencies in how our bakeware performs, we suggest you reduce all recipes by 25 degrees. We recommend that you apply a baking release spray or grease and flour each individual pan to ensure the best release.
Washing Instructions: Fat Daddio’s bakeware should be hand-washed in warm soapy water and towel dried. Do not use bleach, abrasive soaps, wire brushes, scouring sponges, or other aggressive cleaning tools as they can damage the surface of the bakeware.

The policy is for 30 days. We are unable to return or exchange your purchase if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
In order to be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same state that you received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
